Our Returns Policy

Returns can sometimes be unavoidable. We try to handle all returns on a case by case basis, so communicating with us before mailing something back works best.

If we have made a mistake or the product is faulty then we will happily accept the return. If the product is faulty we will replace it or make other suitable arrangements.

If you have ordered incorrectly or simply want to return the goods then we ask that you contact us first.

We will accept returns as long as the merchandise is returned in un-opened containers, with original product packaging, and in new condition, within 14 days of purchase – less the cost of shipping and handling. in in the same good condition as left maka leather goods once personal engraving is added  returns are void 

For credit account customers returns will be credited to the account to be used as a credit against future orders.

For customers who paid by cash, credit card or direct deposit, the refund will be processes within 2 weeks of receiving the goods back at Maka leather goods in suitable condition.
